CK3 cheats can do a lot-just by typing a few console commands you can make yourself rich, kill your enemies, change your character's stats and age, add prestige and piety, and lots more. Also, always make a backup of the file before editing just in case p. For example, let's say I'm the Byzantine Empire and want to grant independence to the duchy of Cyprus, I need to find the line d_cyprus= and then remove the line liege=e_byzantium from under it. You can't grant independence to someone who is the same religion and culture AND is a de jure vassal.
